Das Sexy Clap

Das Sexy clap we're formed in late 2009 by Chris Wemyss (drummer from And What Will Be Left of Them?, Evilwitch, Girls on Film and JoePatroni) and life long friend Katy Birch.
'My first instrument was the guitar, but quite early on I shifted over to the drums and after years of playing in various bands up and down the UK and various bits of Europe I really wanted get back to my roots on guitar and vocals.
Katy and I had always played music together when we were teenagers and Katy's return to Worcester in 2009 was really the deciding factor in putting 'Das Sexy Clap' together.
The idea was to write loud, dirty and catchy songs that we liked and would actually want to listen to ourselves - The louder the better' - Chris Wemyss.
