Ella May Blake

I've been playing guitar since June 2009, and I am now somewhat surgically attached to it by the finger tips. I have been writing songs since a few months after I learnt my first chords. I am originally from a village on the Welsh Border, near to Hereford, but I've lived in Japan, and study at the University of Leeds. I have always loved folk music, and grew up listening to the beautiful music of Joni Mitchell, Carol King, Bob Dylan and Van Morrison, as well as many others. I also grew up in a musical household, with my Dad being in many bands, so music has been innate.
