I am a songwriter from Wolverhampton/Walsall/Birmingham/Worcester. My music is influenced musically by people like Pavement, Thom Yorke, Four Tet, The Beatles, Conor Oberst, bright Eyes, Park Ave, DNTEL lots of diffeent stuff, My words, are influenced by everything around me, my music really tells stories, its very honest stuff, extremely autobiographical.

As a solo artist, things are really just starting to get going, I have been amazed and overwhelemd by the support I have ben getting on the circuit, people relaly love my music, wich is incredibly falttering for me. I just write and write and write, I think of myself as an artist not really a pop performer, or a mainstream act that will sell millions of singles, but hopefully millions of albums :)

I was born blind and have spent my life visually impaired being brought up in a real working class background, I lived in Wolverhampton for most of my life and absolutely hated it, alot of my stuff is about trying to escape, Ive seen real dehumanisation of the places I was brought up in, closing down shops and factories, and never really had a sense of community, my music stems alot from isolation, it is quite melancholic in parts, I like to think that people who listen to it, can be transformed in to my world, see, hear smell everything around me, I think I write songs that come out like books, deep stories, painting pictures.

I love to perform, I give everything on stage, every emotion written down in my words acted on out on stage through outbursts of emotion, I realy get lost in my performance, most of it I can nver remeber, I just let go. Its the only way to give a sincere performance.

As I hope you can tell, I am sopassionate about my music, I give it all, because really its all ive got.
