Loungetree are a four piece band who write their own original material with a Mid-West American rock Electro/Acoustic feel, reminiscent of The Eagles and Hootie & The Blowfish. They were formed in early 2007.
The band hail from the Black Country, an area which has been producing quality rock music and musicians since the beginning of the genre. They originate from the same pot of influences and since their formation Loungetree have been putting down solid roots. With their blend of rock, blues and grunge combined with intelligent lyrics, they have been entertaining audiences at festivals and venues across the region. Their members have been involved in the music industry for many years; Brett played as a session bassist for Ozzy Osbourne and Roy Wood in his early years as a musician.
2009 has seen the band release their first full-length studio album to public acclaim and play several festivals across the Midlands region, as well as gigging regularly.
