Morning Glory

Starting out as an alt rock 4 piece band, Morning Glory started out as the band "fire X-it" playing school shows and covers. Developing own material the band stayed close to its genre, playing the Marrs bar and such like. Then the band decided to go a new way writing new more blink-182 and sum-41 inspired music, sadly this clashed with the lead guitarist of the band and so the band came to a mutual agreement and he parted ways. With the different material the band decided to change the name to something different thinking up "Morning Glory" as something that would grab people's attention with its slightly rude meaning. Every time we're interviewed we still answer "well i woke up one morning and the idea just came to me", classic line really. Since the band has moved on to new pastures playing at keystones and Redditch including Stratford and Redditch battle of the bands. The band has recently been added to the roster of bands for MAS records in kidderminster. We're much happier with the new genre and enjoy it more onstage if you dont believe us come and find out for yourself we sure like to party hard!!
