Nomad 67

Nomad 67 have evolved over the past five years to its current lineup of ... Jay Lawson-Pearce - guitar & Vocals Will Diment - Drums & Vocals Matt Shepherd - Bass guitar.

In that time Nomad 67 have played hundreds of live gigs including supporting THE SUBWAYS in 2008 at The Birmingham Carling Academy, Gigging with Kerrang Radio in Birmingham with Emma Scott presents, playing Nozstock festival 2008 , gigging at Bscene festival in Switzerland and gigging in Holland.

They have built a good local following and are recognized as one of the best live bands in Herefordshire & Worcestershire having gigged at many local venues including THE MARRS BAR , THE JAILHOUSE , THE VELVET LOUNGE & THE WORCESTER ARTS WORKSHOP etc.

NOMAD 67 have recently recorded the first track "re-make/re-model" for a ROXY MUSIC covers album "Take Refuge In Pleasure" released through Burning Sky Records USA.

Their original song "BETTER OFF" was used on an American TV programme about JONATHAN PONEMAN the founder of SUBPOP records.

And their music has been played on a large number of radio stations and TV shows Worldwide.

NOMAD 67 are an unsigned band with the benefit of over five yearsgigging experience but are still all only 19 years of age ! and are currently looking for the right music management to help them reach the next level and in particular are looking to gig at larger music festivals this year.

NOMAD 67's musical influences are vast !!! but include The Beatles , The Who , The Sex Pistols , The Arctic Monkeys , Roxy Music , Bob Marley , Nirvana ,The Subways , The Kinks , Wheezer , QOTSA & The Foo Fighters etc.
