Rase

We are rase... a damn fine indie band from Birmingham! We’re best mates, we love what we do and we're good at it... our time is spent creating catchy indie pop tunes that make you want to sing along, we're not focusing on re-inventing the wheel or creating a new genre, just producing top tunes... we have our own sound, beats that drive you, melodies that stick in your head, lyrics with some actual thought put into them, and we’re not afraid to rip a guitar solo either!

Over 5 years we’ve had good times gigging, writing and re-writing, and right now we’re in a really exciting place! As a totally independent band we’ve been working with a top producer... Gavin Monaghan at The Magic Garden (Editors, The Twang, Ocean Colour Scene, etc), we’re 8 tracks into our album which we’ll finish later this summer.

After recent support slots with Casino (Feat. Adam - Stereophonics & Dean - Feeder) and Them is Me (Ex-Reef) exciting times may be in store for 2010!

We have a new vibrant sound, we don't do it by halves and we'll keep giving it some onstage and off ;-)
