Ronda

Ronda are a band of experienced songwriters and performers. A collaboration of musical talents that invokes memories of classic artists that have influenced Ronda but who have also influenced the soundtrack of our lives over the last four decades.
Formed in 2007 the band, Kev Tudge Vocals, Guitar and Piano, , started the creative process that lead to the debut album "Bird Released"- released Jan 2009.
Since which Ronda have been augmented by the addition of Ian Rae on Lead Guitar Jim Smith on Bass and Mike McBride on Drums.
2009 saw the band performing on stages small and large to an ever growing fanbase and impressing established industry stars.
Live highlights of 2009 including opening for 80's legends The Human League, T'Pau, Belinda Carlisle, Bananarama & Heaven 17 at a stadium festival in July 2009.
That summer saw the band appear at a number of festivals all to great acclaim. The summer also saw the recording of Ronda's new EP "Love Is A God" now available to download from i Tunes.

Ronda won the 2009 Wyvern FM best band as voted by radio listeners.
2010 saw the band continue to play live across the West Midlands with June seeing the band appearing on BBC Introducing playing a live session on the Radio to such acclaim that the band have continued to impress with the high standard of songs, with such commercial appeal the band have were chosen to play at the Worcester Music Festival Wyeside festival & SnodFest 2010 with live performances being broadcast on BBC Radio's introducing show.
Ronda were placed at number 6 in the Top Ten Local acts of 2010 on BBC Radoi's introducing show due to the persistant qaulity of songs that the band have been producing.

The bands latest Album 'HighStreet Of Life' released May 2011 is being promoted during this summers festival session plus gigs in London. Ronda will be supporting Dodgy on Saturday 16 July 2011 at Bridge Bash.
